Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and wellbeing. Nutrients influence the function of the body and the wrong balance can lead to suboptimal performance or disease. Nutritional therapy encourages good dietary habits that promote optimal energy and wellbeing.

Why use Nutritional Therapy?

Some clients just want help negotiating all the conflicting advice on healthy eating. Others require help to lose weight or to manage symptoms of chronic ill health, or to prepare for pregnancy.

How does it work?

Clients work one to one with a Nutritional Therapist to achieve dietary changes that support their unique system. The practitioner evaluates individual needs, and uses the extensive evidence base before giving individualised nutritional advice to help correct nutrient imbalance.
